Once you have logged into the Career Coach and Job Search Mentoring site, you can navigate to the following:

  • As a member, your home page is your membership dashboard and gives you quick access to all of the currently active courses as well as upcoming live classes and webinars. 
  • To access and/or update your personal account information, click on your image/icon at the top right of the page and select My Account. From here, you can view and update your personal information, reset your password, manage your notifications, and assess your billing history.
  • To access your enrollments, including any courses, classes, and upcoming webinars, click on "My Stuff."
  • Participate in our supportive communities through the "Community" link.
  • Stay caught up with the latest career development and job search tips through our "Blog."
  • And conduct a deeper dive into our current offerings via the "Courses" and "Live Calendar" tabs.

If you can log into the site, but would like to reset your password: click on your image/icon at the top right of the page and select My Account. From here, navigate to Account and select the Password tab.

Videos require network speeds of 500 kbps or higher in order to stream our lowest playback quality (240p). You can use this speed test to get a general sense of your Internet speed during the time of the issue. Keep in mind that bandwidth can fluctuate, especially on wifi or cellular networks.

For subscription cancellations, you will need to navigate to your account settings. 

  • Once logged into the Career Coach and Job Search Mentoring site, click on your image/icon at the top right of the page and select My Account.
  • Click on the Billing Tab and manage your subscriptions as appropriate.
  • Once you have cancelled your subscription, you will be automatically unenrolled from the course when the subscription period ends.
