Angela Roberts is an experienced career strategist, recruiting leader, and dedicated community builder whose mission is to empower job seekers through today's challenging market. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner at craresources, Angela has matched top candidates with leading organizations for over a decade, drawing on her more than 30 years as a hiring manager for high-performing teams, including 16 years in leadership roles and a decade with IBM. At IBM, Angela led global transformation initiatives—with programs exceeding 17,000 team members—and was recognized as one of four Senior Transformation Executives managing large-scale international projects.
Angela holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute and is certified in LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies. Her extensive background spans operations, project management, and account management, with a proven record of driving results for both clients and candidates. Widely published and a sought-after speaker, Angela has contributed thought leadership for ACRP, The Clinical Leader, Life Science Connect, Applied Clinical Trials, CenterWatch, Xtalks, Recruiting Blogs, IAOCR, and DIA, and she has presented at major events, including the Global ACRP Conference.
