Coaching is a deeply collaborative partnership that requires your full commitment, inner assessment, and willingness to do the work. Because your results are entirely within your control, my job is to help you set the parameters for your success.
Additionally, because I dive into your resume, LinkedIn profile, and career goals the exact moment you register, ensuring our first session is high-impact and customized, all coaching packages are final sale. We do not offer cancellations or refunds.
Package Upgrades & Flexibility
I understand your needs may evolve as we work together! If you are unsure how many sessions you need, you can start small and upgrade at any time. I will always honor the reduced hourly rate of larger packages. For example, if you purchase a single session for $175.00 and decide to upgrade to a 5-session package (normally $500.00), I will provide a coupon so you only pay the remaining balance of $325.00.
