What to Post on LinkedIn:
Content That Gets You Found

You have been told that posting on LinkedIn is part of getting found. But you don't really want to... You aren't sure what to say, and it feels like self-promotion. This hour makes it simple: what to post, in your own voice, without feeling like you are bragging.

get found on linkedin

A free, hands-on webinar for experienced clinical research professionals who know they should be active on LinkedIn but dread it and don't know what to say.  In one hour, we pick a few topics that fit you, write your first post together, and set a simple rhythm, so posting stops feeling like a chore or a brag.

Date: November 3, 2026 | Time: 12:00 PM EDT | Live on Zoom - Replay Available
Free to Attend | Your Registration is Private

Hosted by Angela Roberts, Managing Partner at craresources and clinical research career strategist with almost two decades of experience placing CRAs, Site Managers, and Clinical Operations Professionals.

You Know You Should Post on LinkedIn. You Just Don't Want To.

The advice is consistent: being active on LinkedIn helps your job search.

But you still don't want to do it.

It feels like bragging, you don't have time for it, and when you open the post box, you have no idea what to say. So you put it off...and another week goes by with nothing posted.

Here is why it is worth doing anyway: When you never post, the recruiters and hiring managers in your field simply don't see you.

linkedin engagement

Being active is how you stay in front of the people who hire. You don't need to be clever or loud. But you do need a few things worth saying and a simple way to say them.

This session gives you exactly that: what to post, how to write it in your own voice, and a rhythm you can keep without it taking over your week.

What Staying Silent on LinkedIn Costs You

linkedin content
  • The people who hire forget you exist. When you aren't active on the platform, that means you are only visible to the hiring teams when you apply. Between those moments, you disappear.
  • Opportunities go to the people who are visible. When a manager or recruiter thinks of who to call, they think of the names they have seen recently.
  • Reaching out later is harder. When you finally do need to message someone, you are a stranger who went quiet, instead of a familiar name.

You don't have to post constantly. You do, however, need a few genuine posts on the right topics, that keep you in view.

This is a Working Session, Not a Lecture

All you need for the session is a LinkedIn profile.

We will choose your topics and write your first post together, and you will leave with something you can publish the same day.

linkedin posts
  • Pick Your Topics. Deciding what to post about is typically the hardest step. But it doesn't have to be. I show you how to choose two or three subjects you already know well, so you always have something worth saying and never stare at a blank box again.
  • Write a Post That Sounds Like You. Most people worry a post will come across as bragging, so they never write one. The reality? Recruiters and hiring managers want to know what you are great at. So no...it isn't bragging. I show you a simple way to share something useful in your own words, so writing a post feels natural and you finish the session with one already done.
  • Know What LinkedIn Rewards. It is easy to spend time on a post that goes nowhere. But that guesswork ends here. I show you why some posts reach the people who hire while others disappear, so the time you spend actually works for you.
  • Set a Rhythm You Can Keep. Staying consistent sounds exhausting, which is why most people quit after a week. Posting doesn't have to run your life. I show you how to build a routine that doesn't feel like a second job, so posting becomes an easy habit you can keep on your own.

You will leave with topics selected, your first post written, and a simple weekly plan.

You Take the Content Worksheet With You

linkedin content strategy

The Content worksheet is Section 4 of your Get Found on LinkedIn workbook, and it lands in your inbox the moment you register. We fill it in together during the hour.

  • Your Two or Three Topics
  • The Post Template, and your first post written out
  • A simple Weekly Plan you can actually keep

This isn't a filler PDF. It is the worksheet the session is built around, and it will provide ongoing structure to take the guesswork out of what to post.
