Getting Interviews But No Offers?
Your Job Search Funnel Has a Leak. Let's Find It.

If you are getting interviews, your resume and LinkedIn are working. So why do the offers keep going to someone else?

There is a specific, fixable reason.

In this 60-minute session, you will learn how to locate exactly where your interview process is breaking.

You Are Closer Than the Frustration Lets You Feel

If you have been interviewing without offers, the silence starts to feel personal. You may begin to wonder if it is your age, your experience, or something about you that you cannot see.

But here is what the recruiter sees instead: you cleared the hardest gate. In a market where roughly 60% of applicants have falsified credentials, and another 20% are AI-generated ghost candidates, getting a real interview means you broke through.

And that means your resume and LinkedIn Profile are doing their job.

The offer isn't missing because you aren't good enough. It is missing because of a specific leak in one stage of your interview funnel. And leaks can be found. Leaks can be repaired.

There Isn't One Reason You Aren't Getting Offers. There are Two.

Most clinical research professionals treat "no offers" as a single problem and keep applying the same fix. That is why nothing changes. There are actually two very different leaks, and they require two very different repairs.

Layoff recovery
  • The First-Round Leak: You interview, but you don't advance. This is usually a positioning and translation problem: the interviewer cannot quickly connect your clinical research experience to the role in front of them.
  • The Advanced-Round Leak: You move through a round or two, then lose it at the panel or final stage. This is usually a proof and fit problem: you are credible, but not yet the obvious choice among the finalists.

You cannot fix a leak you haven't located. So, let's find the leak together.

What You Will Walk Away With

  • The one diagnostic question that tells you which leak you have
  • Why strong CRAs and clinical operations professionals lose first-round interviews, and what hiring managers are actually screening for
  • What changes in advanced rounds, and why "credible" stops being enough to win an offer
  • How to build escalating proof stories that show real clinical research judgment, the exact thing hiring managers fear they won't find in 2026
  • A clean, ordered repair sequence for each leak, so you stop guessing and start fixing

This is not generic interview advice. Every example is drawn from how CROs, pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device hiring teams actually evaluate clinical research talent.

This Webinar Is For You If

Layoff recovery
  • You are a CRA, Field Monitor, Site Manager, or clinical operations professional who is getting interviews but not offers
  • You are pivoting within clinical research and feel like you "look like a beginner" in the role you want next
  • You have been in the market a while and cannot tell whether the problem is your resume, your interviews, or the market itself
  • You want a clear diagnosis, not another list of tips

If you are not getting interviews at all, this webinar isn't the right fit yet. That is a different leak, earlier in the funnel.

Why Listen to Me

I am Angela Roberts, Managing Partner at craresources. For almost two decades, my team has placed experienced CRAs, Field Monitors, Site Managers, and Clinical Operations Professionals with pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and CRO clients.

I sit on the hiring side of the desk every day.

I built my coaching division because I kept watching genuinely qualified clinical research professionals lose offers for reasons they couldn't see... but no one was telling them honestly why.

I will tell you honestly. I see what hiring managers see, and I can show you where your funnel is leaking.
